Erewhon and Sushi Club are collaborating on a new bento box featuring the talents of world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa. The limited-edition bento box showcases Chef Matsuhisa's acclaimed black miso cod, a signature dish with which the chef has become synonymous. Complementing this highlight is a unique sushi roll available in two options: the Matsuhisa Signature roll and the vegetable roll, specially created for this collaboration.
The packaging reflects sustainability. It comprises an eco-friendly and reusable bento box made from recycled plastic materials. It features a bamboo lid adorned with the Erewhon Sushi Club logo, embodying a commitment to eco-conscious practices.
All Erewhon locations will launch 50 bento boxes each, allowing consumers in different areas to enjoy this unique collaboration. The boxes will debut between May 31 and June 2.
