While the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted many restaurants and their patrons, New York's Eleven Madison Park is making its extravagant menu offerings available to consumers through at-home meal kits.
Priced at $275 a piece, the meal kits offer a luxurious selection of its Michelin-starred dishes, including its 3.5 lb Green Circle Chicken that's stuffed with brioche, black truffle, and foie gras. Each kit comes with enough food to serve anywhere from two to four dinners, depending on how many people are dining. In addition to all the ingredients, Eleven Madison Park provides easy-to-follow cooking instructions so that consumers can get restaurant-quality results at home.
Through its partnership with an NGO called Rethink, the restaurant will donate 10 meals to New York residents facing food insecurity for every kit that's purchased.
