The solution is being called Powershelf and beyond providing a convenient way to update prices and product displays, the LCD displays also serve as indicators that provide notifications when the shelves need to be restocked.
As well as saving time for store employees, another perk of the system is its ability to connect with consumers to deliver tailored location-based offers through a mobile app. With this Intelligent Retail Shelving Solution, retailers are able to market directly to shoppers who opt in as they pass the aisles in the store.
In addition to all of these appealing features, the sustainable system is totally paperless, which helps retailers reduce their carbon footprint and save thousands of trees from being cut down.
