The $500 hair dryer was first introduced in a bold fuschia colorway at its launch and now, a blue and gold design has been unveiled with fine gold leaves soured from Florence. Due to the nature of the gold leaf, Dyson advises that the gold will eventually wear off and reveal a red hue underneath, the same vibrant shade of Gesso red primer that appears on the sleek presentation case for the high-end hair dryer.
