Insomnia Cookies is kicking off the official start of summer with a delicious new Dulce de Leche cookie.

Available now through July 14, 2024, this limited-edition cookie features a Latin American-inspired twist. Drawing inspiration from the sweet caramelized milk that's popular throughout Latin America and used to make all kinds of sweet confections, the new Dulce de Leche cookie features a rich dough studded with sweet caramel chips.

The new Dulce de Leche cookie will take the place of the Matcha Latte Cookie and Peanut Miso Ramen Cookie, which were introduced back in June and will be wrapping up their run on June 30, 2024.

While the price may vary by location, you can expect to pay about $3.50 for this new Dulce de Leche cookie.
