Dreaming Out Loud is a DC-based non-profit that aims to be both an inspiration for character development and leadership-capacity building for youth, as well as a catalyst for high-impact social enterprises. Founded in 2008, Dreaming Out Loud is dedicated to creating sustainable employment opportunities that enable low-income individuals to break into the new "green economy."
Guided by their own ethical framework, Dreaming Out Loud seeks to empower underserved communities to their full potential. One of the non-profit’s most successful projects is Aya Community Markets, an innovative farmer’s market and community holistic health-focused experience.
