Dream Foodie's Ube Mango Sticky Rice is a decadent dessert that remixes a classic Thai treat with traditional Filipino ingredients. With locations in Pasig City and Laguna in the Philippines, Dream Foodie was founded by Hajjie and Aldrain Valencia, a husband and wife duo who both worked oversees before starting their business. When forced to return home during the COVID-19 pandemic, the founders were inspired to launch the business venture which has since gained tremendous success thanks to its signature sticky rice dessert.
The Ube Mango Sticky Rice is made with coconut-flavored sticky rice and boasts an ube flavor that is described as "subtle and not so sweet" and "made with homemade ube halaya harvested from the couple's own backyard in Laguna."
