Emil Eve Architects Designs a Cozy Office for Drama Republic

The team at Emil Eve Architects has worked on a project which refurbished an office space for Drama Republic. The workspace is defined by its mid-century modern color palette of green, blue, and orange shades. It is located in London's Holborn area and the redesign mainly achieves a more homey feeling with textural materials and warm tones.

The co-founder of Emil Eve, Emma Perkin shares the concept behind the design, noting "This is a working office, but also needs to be pleasant for clients to visit. We had to create a design that was practical but also welcoming and comfy. Often workplaces have a very limited palette; we consciously introduced a mid-century mix of greens, blues and oranges against warm white walls and natural wood. The slightly muted shades mean it's bright but still calm."
