Quirky Doodled Street Art

20-Year-Old Graffiti Artist Takes His Talent Outdoors

Doodles is the name of a young graffiti artist based in Oakland, CA. He is what you might refer to as part of the ‘new school’ of street artists--those who are still in school. School jokes aside, this talented 20-year-old young man makes the future of graffiti art look brilliantly promising.

Doodles grew up in Seattle. He moved to St. Petersburg in Florida for two years to study marine biology. But witnessing St. Petersburg’s heavy lack of youth culture inspired him to create artistic projects. After a while he quit his marine science studies to pursue a career in art instead. Thank God!

Doodles is now studying community arts at the California College of the Arts in Oakland.
