Domino's Pizza has opened its first stores in Uruguay and Latvia, continuing its global expansion. The first store in Latvia is located in the city of Riga and is managed by Morgacita Ltd. The first store in Uruguay is located in Montevideo, the capital city, and is managed by Alsea.
This brings the total number of countries in which Domino's operates to 90, with over half of its global retail sales coming from international stores. The new stores feature inviting interiors and spacious seating, and will offer customers the company's full range of pizzas, as well as its technology-driven ordering and delivery services.
The CEO of Alsea, Armando Torrado, stated: "I am very pleased to announce Alsea's entry into Uruguay with the Domino's brand, as it allows us to continue with our solid growth strategy."
