In designing the new office for the world's leading drone company, Foster + Partners had to create some innovative designs that are completely unique to the DJI Headquarters. The Shenzhen building, which is set to be built soon, will feature a sky bridge that the company can use to test its most cutting-edge products in a controlled environment.
The DJI Headquarters will consist of two side-by-side towers that will house workers in all different areas of the company. The towers themselves are made out of stacked glass boxes that are supported by expressed steel trusses, leaving plenty of open interior space for the company's drone to fly unimpeded. The most startling concession to drone flight is undoubtedly the sky bridge connecting the two towers, though.
