Miami-Inspired Celebrity Sneakers

DJ Khalid and Jordan Brand Join Forces Again on the Air Jordan 1

DJ Khalid and Jordan Brand work in collaboration once again following their previous drop earlier this season -- and the new project is comprised of an Air Jordan 1 sneaker made with SoleFly as well. The main inspiration that lies behind the latest iteration is drawn from the celebrity's hometown of Miami, showcased through tonal decorations of green and orange that reference the University of Miami. There are two versions of the sneakers in total -- the first one is inspired by a previous colorway known as the 'Shattered Backboard.'

The second colorway is highly limited with only 23 pairs crafted -- it is constructed from patent leather materials in black and deep green with asymmetric Swoosh emblems. Both of the sneakers are complete with Miami-referencing motifs that read "MIA" and "305" over the tongue to round it all out.
