Detective Pikachu is available for play in March for North American consumers and The Pokémon Company has announced that it will be available with a large Amiibo. The Amiibo will be twice the size of the regular Pikachu -- from 7.1 cm to 13.6cm. Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds will be voicing Detective Pikachu, but this version of the iconic cartoon is not like the classic. He will be a boasting, tough character who is also a drinker of strong coffee.
In the game, the objective is to solve crime, and it follows Detective Pikachu and Tim in the setting of Ryme City. The two friends walk through the city to discover clues, speak to witnesses and find Tim's missing father, Harry.
