Iconic microwaveable snack brand Hot Pockets has announced the launch of the 'Deliwich,' its first deli-style sandwich product that does not require a microwave to enjoy. In fact, the new sandwich has been made specifically to be taken on the go; consumers can pack the frozen sandwich and it will dethaw by lunchtime.
Inside the sandwich is a variety of deli meats and real cheese enclosed by a soft Hot Pocket-style bread roll. To start, the new product is being offered in four flavor variations: Cheese Melt, Pepperoni & Mozzarella, Cheddar & Ham, and Turkey & Colby.
"Deliwich offers an easy, great-tasting lunchbox option that stays fresher longer and is always ready to enjoy by the time lunch rolls around," said Andy Godish, brand marketing manager, the Hot Pockets brand.
