From the country that brought you competitive Dance Dance Revolution comes a whole new venture into amazing dance innovations: dancing holograms. The Singapore Art Museum walls are lined with colorful light projections of dancing holograms.
This may be the largest scale hologram show in history. No disrespect to the resurrection of Tupac, but this art exhibit by teamLab is literally endless or at least it seems so. An entire maze of colorful holograms all doing different dance moves to one unified beat is impressive and large in scope.
Visitors are asked to weave around the ghost like projections and mess around with their translucence as they play their instruments and dance around them. The exhibit explores the interconnectedness of the modern, technologically connected world in relation to the annual dance parties thrown in Japan where dancers all move and co-ordinate dances with each other to one sound.Photo Credits: designboom, team-lab.net
