Cozy Creative Office Spaces

The IKEA Creative Hub Features Homey Designs

IKEA's Creative Hub, which is located in Malmö, Sweden, features a homey aesthetic that inspires those who work within it by putting them at ease.

While many firms and designers choose to create contemporary and quirky environments for spaces that are meant to be creative, Nanna Lagerman and Nina Warnolf took a different route in designing IKEA's Creative Hub. Instead of featuring overtly modern elements and unusual decor, the designers opted instead to create a space reminiscent of the home, using lighting (both bright and dim), neutral colors, and cozy seating throughout the space to accomplish this.

This creative space is optimally designed for those who enter it to feel comfortable, ensuring that they are able to better focus on the work they do within it.
