The recently announced partnership between nail polish brand Deborah Lippmann and Fox's hit television drama 'Empire' will result in a set of three bold lacquers. In order to create the three hues, Deborah Lippmann says she looked to arguably the show's most talked-about character, Cookie Lyon, wife to Luscious.
Taking inspiration from the glitzy, elaborate wardrobes of the characters (namely, Cookie Lyon), the nail polish line features Hustle Hard (a shimmering fuchsia), Power of the Empire (a glittering gold) and War of the Roses (a deep and dramatic metallic red).
Deborah Lippmann has previously partnered to create nail polish collections inspired by HBO's 'Girls' and 'True Blood.' The Deborah Lippmann x Empire collection will be available online through Sephora and Nordstrom beginning November 2015.
