What started as horse stables, a bomb shelter and a print shop have now been converted into lofts with the assistance of designers and developers Benito Escat and Alberto Rovira. The two renovating gentleman used Minim for this project, which ultimately converted a warehouse into living quarters which slits to allow 8,600 square feet of living space.
Exposed brick from the building’s origin as well as tall concrete ceilings are only a few of the loft’s features. Located in Barcelona, Spain, this loft is definitely fascinating in its creation. New Yorkers love studio apartments which served former purposes such as art galleries and print shops, but I doubt any of them would be able to enjoy one such as this, with 8,600 square feet of space, while being in Barcelona.
