Apple is making the music experience more seamless for its users as it rolls out concert discovery features to both Apple Music and Apple Maps. On the Maps feature, users will be able to find over 40 curated 'Guides' that highlight concert venues in 14 major cities throughout the world.
Users can also browse through upcoming shows at these venues through the Shazam discovery module that draws information from Bandsintown. Apple Music also features the same module to browse a musician's upcoming shows. To aid this, there will also be a Set Lists section where users can listen to tracks that are played at certain tours and learn more about the productions. Both of these are available beginning today.
