In an effort to have guests choose cocktails by their ingredients rather than by their name or color, London-based restaurant chain Burger & Lobster launched five colorless cocktails. These unique and boundary-pushing alcoholic beverages were created by mixologist Eduard Balan, the head of Burger & Lobster's bar and include the Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Margarita, Negroni, and Piña Colada.
Ben Hedley, head of marketing at Burger & Lobster, said: "The colorless and nameless cocktails are an exciting concept, not only for us but for our customers. They are always on the lookout for what we are doing next and we hope this will encourage more people to feel comfortable in what they are drinking – everybody loves a cheeky cocktail."
