Marble Slad Has a New Cold Brew Ice Cream and Cold Brew Shake

If you've been eagerly awaiting the return of cold brew season, you're in luck because Marble Slab has just debuted a new Cold Brew Ice Cream and Cold Brew Shake.

Available now through April 30, both of Marble Slab's offerings will put a little pep in your step. The new Cold Brew Ice Cream consists of rich coffee ice cream with swirls of mallo crème and hints of vanilla. The Cold Brew Shake takes this ice cream and kicks it up a notch by swirling it with chocolate syrup and topping it with whipped cream. As Katie Thoms, Senior Director of Marketing at Marble Slab Creamery, explains, "Coffee is a flavor that is fitting for any time of day. Playing into the cold brew craze, we aimed to dream up something fun with the unique Marble Slab spin that we are known for."
