CMMN SWDN and Ace & Tate Collaborated on a Range of Eyewear

London-based label CMMN SWDN joined forces with Amsterdan-based eyewear label Ace & Tate to launch its first range of sunglasses. The eyewear collection works on the foundation drawn from previous CMMN SWDN capsules surrounding urban youth culture, but more specifically 90s rave culture. The capsule is comprised of two frame shapes, with one of them crafted in acetate and the other constructed with metal.

The two frames take on names from characters of 'Blade Runner' and 'The Matrix' as an additional nod to the overarching 90s theme. CMMN SWDN states that the glasses are an extension of its retro-futuristic collection recently, with the thin shaped frames representative of the 90s sci-fi movies. The 'Neo' and 'Pris' glasses will be dropping April 26th online at Ace & Tate.
