With Thanksgiving around the corner, iconic spice brand, Club House, partnered with 'Superfan' Nav Bhatia to discover what unique dishes Canadians enjoy during the holiday. The survey aimed to discover what the modern Canadian Thanksgiving table features, especially as new Canadians "weave their cultural backgrounds into the tastes of the holiday." Some notable findings included that nearly all new Canadians celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving, and almost half blend typical Canadian Thanksgiving dishes with dishes from their cultural heritage.
"Having lived in Canada for more than 40 years, I've adopted many Canadian traditions and passions, including my love for basketball. For Thanksgiving, it's important to me and my family that we celebrate as Canadians but integrate traditional flavors and dishes that remind us of our heritage," said Nav Bhatia. "I'm proud to support Club House in their effort to learn how Canadians are celebrating and what they're eating, underscoring the diversity that makes up our country."
Nav will be sharing some of the delicious suggestions, dubbed 'Super-Dishes,' to taste test for his family Thanksgiving which he will showcase on his social media.
