Kibo, a cloud commerce company, is now launching a curbside pickup offer that will help retail organizations meet the increase in demand for options. The cloud commerce company will also be offering discounts for the remainder of the year in order to incentivize retail companies to integrate curbside options.
Part of the new offer from Kibo includes a web application that can be easily implemented. Using the new application retail companies can launch a curbside option within 30 days. The system also features customer notifications, as well as retailer notifications, to ensure seamless communication. Additionally, Kibo collaborated with Monetate and Certona to create customizable options.
Ram Venkataraman, the Kibo Chief Product & Technology, released a statement about the service, "Curbside pickup was an integral part of retailer order fulfillment during the early days of COVID-19, and is here to stay."
