Christian Louboutin works together with iconic interior architect Pierre Yovanovitch on a collection of clam chairs reflecting the former's most iconic shoe. Known for its red soles, the chair is defined by the same design aesthetic. The collection was unveiled at the Yovanovitch Mobilier New York flagship location.
There are nine limited-edition chairs in total. All of these are a celebration of a powerful woman whether they are real or fictional. The signature 'Clam shape by the designer forms the base foundation and there is a Louboutin touch at the legs, reflecting the look of a foot wearing a pair of high heels. It is rounded out by boldly patterned and premium upholstery at the seat and backrest.
