The Cinder Cone is a treehouse that is unabashedly focused on helping you have an excellent and fun time. This is a multi-platform treehouse that is equipped with its very own suspension bridge. As if that weren't cool enough, this treehouse even has its own full-sized skate bowl and a wood-fired hot tub.
This indulgent and playful treehouse was developed by writer and photographer Foster Huntington, who started working on it a year ago and completed the project within a year with the help of friends. The treehouse consists of two primary structures attached to Douglas Fir trees using a Garnier limb and a steel bolt -- a setup that ensures minimal damage to the tree.
The lower structure is a work space, while the upper structure functions as private sleeping quarters. However the skate bowl has to be the highlight of this fun and modern treehouse.
