If you're heading out to Chronic Tacos this summer, make sure you try the new Chronic Tacos Esquites while you can.
For a limited time, the California-inspired Mexican grill is serving up sides of Esquites alongside its other fresh menu items. For those unfamiliar, esquites refers to a Mexican street corn salad – essentially an off-the-cob version of elotes. Chronic Tacos Esquites consists of freshly charred corn tossed with Baja Sauce, fresh Cotija cheese, and a fiery Adobo seasoning to create the perfect balance of salty and sweet. As Michael Mohammed, CEO of Chronic Tacos, explains, "We’re always looking for ways to bring excitement to the menu, and Esquites is sure to be a hit."
Chronic Tacos Esquites will be available for purchase at all participating locations throughout July.
