What really makes a good artist, as Chris Dorosz and his 3D art demonstrates, is for someone to have the ability to take traditional painting materials and to think out of the box to come up with something completely different.
The artist accomplishes this through his art pieces, which are made from tiny paint drops on a grid of acrylic rods. What are individual spatters of paint eventually come together to be whole 3D images of humans. Just as people are made up of tiny particles of DNA, these structures too are just made up of minute individual parts, which are then brought together create a whole.
As Chris Dorosz explains, "With this in mind I’ve been working towards creating a narrative of materials as the groundwork to explore changing ideas of human physicality."
