The Chocks Away cocktail has been created by Head Bartender at the London-based Mr Fogg's Society of Exploration Matteo Carretta as a drink that can only be enjoyed at the venue and in-flight on 365 Aviation flights.
The cocktail was described as, "a twist on the traditional Martini" and consists of Grey Goose L'Original Vodka with St-Germain Elderflower liqueur along with Martini Riserva Speciale Ambrato vermouth. The drink is garnished with a drop of olive oil that has been mixed with red food coloring to let it float gracefully on top to create a feast for the eyes.
The Chocks Away cocktail is being exclusively mixed up at all six of the brand's locations in London as well as on 365 Aviation flights until November.
