Chip City Cookies and Kellanova have announced a new partnership that will see a limited-edition baked good coming to Chip City locations this fall.
The Strawberry Poppable Pop-Tarts Cookie starts off with a vanilla sugar cookie base filled with strawberry jam for a touch of fruit-forward sweetness before being finished with a vanilla icing. The cookie is then topped with rainbow nonpareils and a few Pop-Tarts Crunchy Poppers to give it a decidedly sweet, texture flavor profile for consumers to enjoy. The cookie will be available on a select range of dates in October and November to make it a fall-exclusive option for customers to try out.
Co-Founder and CEO of Chip City Cookies Peter Phillips spoke on the Chip City Cookies and Kellanova partnership saying, "We love creating fun, memorable, and flavorful collaborations for our customers. We had great success partnering with Kellanova this past summer on the Blueberry Eggo Waffle Cookie which not only was delicious but really brought many of us back to our childhood. We knew we could continue to hit it out of the ballpark by combining our ooey gooey cookies with another crazy good, iconic brand such as Pop-Tarts. For many of us, they are truly a symbol of nostalgia, solidified in American pop culture, and can be indulged any time of day. It’s a great match."
