The Carousel by Adam Goodrum is a piece of furniture inspired by the carnival ride that it is named after. It includes similarly fun elements such as rainbow-colored legs that playfully peek through on the table's surface.
Surprisingly, the Carousel by Adam Goodrum was modeled after the period Louis XVI console. Yet, instead of using traditional mahogany, the Australian designer used Corian for the surface and fluted steel rods lacquered in different colors for its support.
As far as reinterpretations of classic designs go, the Carousel by Adam Goodrum is definitely one of my favorites. It's both elegant and modern.
