Career Skills Incubator is a Place for Recent Graduates

Career Skills Incubator is a start-up that is based out of Toronto, Canada's Centre for Social Innovation that attempts to bring positive energy to unemployment and underemployment for recent graduates like themselves.

"CSCI (pronounced "see-sky") started one day because, as recent graduates, we were frustrated to see very qualified friends unable to find fulfilling work," they write on their website "Having had success developing relevant career skills through volunteering, we wanted to create this opportunity for other people as well, regardless of their background." Some of the services include mentorship programs, workshops, tailored volunteer positions, meet-ups and more. Current examples of volunteer positions include CSCI Solar Researcher and CSCI Mentor and Manager.
