Slicked-Out Imperial Cosplays

Carbon Fiber Stormtroopers Gives the Characters a Badass Makeover

If you thought Stormtroopers couldn't look any cooler, then Leonard Carson's carbon fiber Stormtroopers will prove you wrong.

For a while Carson had been wanting to tackle the project of creating carbon fiber Stormtroopers. The major problem is that the material is incredibly expensive, so he pitched the idea to the president of their company San Diego Composites, who hopped on-board with the funds. The result is four seriously slicked out Stormtrooper suits that I'm sure Darth Vader would've issued if he had a fashionable mind. Everything from the helmet to the legs are made completely out of carbon fiber giving the Imperial soliders a suave, modern, darker look contrasted by a bit of red on the helmet.

Should Carson and friend show up at Comic-Con they're going to give every other Stormtrooper cosplayer a serious run for their money.
