Located in a small neighborhood in South London at a car park in Peckham stands a multi-sensory playground.
Local company Make Shift created the playground by converting parking bays into studio spaces, with a cafe, art studio and the Multi Story Orchestra -- devoting the entire space to drinking, eating and fun. Level five houses seven street food kiosks that are open to the public, with seating for patrons at yellow timber picnic tables. With both colors and geometric shapes all around, this fun space is a new conceptual way to convert something boring into something beautiful.
The new playground car park in Peckham was designed to be the perfect way to spend the day as a family.
