The Captain Sir Tom London Dry Gin has been unveiled by the Otterbeck Distillery as a new offering that aims to pay homage to the namesake veteran and also support his fundraising efforts.
The gin will see proceeds of every bottle sold going to The Captain Tom Foundation and is reported to feature aromatics inspired by the Yorkshire childhood garden of the former British Army officer Captain Sir Tom. This includes notes of rosemary and thyme, and is likely to be a must-have for cocktail enthusiasts looking to support a good cause as they mix up their favourite cocktails.
