As part of the promotions for the Canon EOS 1200D, Canon set up a billboard frame in the shape of a camera and placed it in the perfect location for a photo op.
Although it doesn't seem like there's much room for text, Canon managed to pack in quite a bit of information, including the new camera's model number, logo and a line of text that encouraged passersby to "Take the perfect picture."
Although this text isn't necessary, it is useful to be able to highlight that specific model. As well as being pretty effective, the ad is fun and not overly obtrusive and people seem happy to work the camera-shaped advertisement into their photos.
