This special edition design recognizes that over two billion cups of coffee are consumed every day and millions of tons of waste coffee grounds going to landfills each year. With waste coffee grounds integrated into the back cover of this industry-first design, the impact of coffee consumption is reduced. In all, the back cover coating is composed of more than 25% bio-based material, and the entire manufacturing process of the coffee grounds back cover is solar-powered and uses no organic solvents or additional water consumption.
