Calligraphy-Inspired Fashion Shoots

Oki-Ni’s Epic Set Design Combines Fashion and Surrealism

In today’s society where consumers are consistently bombarded with new and increasingly creative and over the top designs, the latest installment for brand name oki-ni has surpassed geographical boundaries with its latest Chinese calligraphy-inspired shoot in collaboration with photographers Andrew Stellitano and Sam Hofman.

The epic photo shoot features a majestic set design that is set in a series of mistily surreal landscapes. It is inspired by traditional Chinese Shan Shui paintings, literally meaning ‘mountain’ and ‘water’. The photographs feature watches, shoes, sunglasses, cuff links, shoes and wallets set on top of rocks that appear to be submerged in crystal blue waters.

The photographs were then post-produced by Sam Hofman. The results are a magically surreal set of photographs that boasts artistic value.
