This refresh involved working with a development chef to tweak existing recipes for flavor and quality, and also introduce new dishes like the California Salmon bowl. The new poké bowl starts with sashimi-grade salmon, paired with sesame cucumber, burnt sweetcorn salsa, edamame, pickled ginger, smashed avocado, and fresh chillis.
