'Creator' in San Francisco is a new restaurant that's setting a precedent for burger joints of the future. The restaurant will undoubtedly draw in food lovers for its affordably priced $6 burgers, but also the fact that the entire burger is made by a robot, without any human intervention.
The incredible burger-making machine takes care of everything from slicing burger buns to adding meat and adding condiments, all of which happen through an elaborate process that is a spectacle itself. As such, those who place an order are able to see every piece of their burger crafted before their eyes.
Alex Vardakostas, co-founder and CEO of Creator, grew up making burgers and says "I saw so many opportunities where I wanted to do it a bit better, slower, or more personalized, but it’s impossible when you have to manually make that many burgers with rudimentary tools." As such, Creator sees its robot more like the "ultimate kitchen instrument."
