Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar New Bratwurst Burger Celebrates Octoberfest

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is gearing up for Octoberfest with the debut of its savory new Bratwurst Burger.

Available September 4th through November 4th, the new Bratwurst Burger is a German-inspired dish that's perfect for the cooler fall weather ahead. The star of the new burger is a housemade bratwurst patty, which is packed with sautéed peppers and onions. The burger patty is then topped with melted provolone cheese, tangy apple-sauerkraut, and a drizzle of whole-grain dijonnaise mustard, all served on a soft pretzel bun. The new burger is also served with a side of the brand's Samuel Adams Octoberfest Beer Cheese for dipping. As John Masterson, Culinary Director at Bad Daddy’s, says of the new offering, "We’ve taken classic fall ingredients and given them the Bad Daddy’s twist, resulting in a lineup that’s both innovative and deeply satisfying."
