Working in collaboration with Kvadrat, the Bouroullec Brothers have made a new type of 3D-knitted fabric, that allows more stretch and less stitching, for Salone del Mobile 2014.
The new effects are achieved through using less stitches in the design, and the fabric also has a more quilted quality. Although this fabric is more flexible, it's still extremely durable and has firm qualities, ensuring it will stand the test of time. For coloring, the Bouroullec Brothers did not limit themselves, and used everything from colorblocked pieces to others with a few more accents.
