Bombay Brasserie Garnishes Lobster With Caviar & Edible Gold

Central London curry house Bombay Brasserie has added the world’s most expensive curry dish to their menu.

The dish is called Samundari Khazana, also called Seafood Treasure, and is a mix of Beluga caviar, sea snails, an entire lobster and of course some edible gold. The curry is served with saffron-flavoured rice and a glass of champagne.

Head chef Prahlad Hegde got the idea of creating the most expensive curry dish from his mom, which sells for $3,281.
