Blind people have their white canes, but there are no similar accessories for blind dogs. That is, until Muffin's Halo was designed. Inspired by the journey of Muffin Bordeaux, a toy poodle who went blind two years ago, it is a device that wraps around the head of blind dogs like a halo, hence its name.
By doing so, Muffin's Halo provides a welcomed buffer for blind dogs against what could be a very hard world. Instead of succumbing to their impaired vision by becoming increasingly immobile and depressed, blind dogs hold their head's higher and are very active when wearing this device. Although the original design comes with angel wing padding, newer versions are customized to personal tastes.
