The Etsy store 'Bitter Lace Beauty' made famous for its popular rainbow highlighter will soon be coming out with a collection of Halloween-themed cosmetics.
The new cosmetics collection features only highlighters, four in the form of powders and one in the form of a liquid. The inspiration behind the highlighters is all Halloween-themed, but diverse within that category.
