Bird & Blend 'More Tea Gromit?' is a new special blend from the independent tea company that commemorates claymation characters Wallace & Gromit.
The tea is being launched in an exclusive gift but that contains 12 individually wrapped tea bags that are plastic-free, while the tea itself is a blend of Sri Lankan Black Tea, Yerba Mate, desiccated coconut and freeze-dried cranberry. The final result is a range of flavors that pay homage to the dynamic animated duo themselves. The tea is being launched to coincide with the 30th anniversary of Wallace & Gromit: The Wrong Trousers.
Co-Founder of the Bird & Blend Tea Co. Krisi Smith spoke on the Bird & Blend 'More Tea Gromit?' saying, "Knowing he and Gromit would require a blend that would ignite new ideas, I opted for a traditional black breakfast tea but with a surprising and delightful twist. I really had fun inventing this blend, and as a business, we’re thrilled to be a part of Aardman’s celebratory programme."
