As a submission for the design initiative ‘Create Berlin,’ which encouraged designers to contend with the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, a team of Berlin-based designers created these mattresses emblazoned with graffiti and famous slogans from the Berlin Wall.
Slogans include: "No one has the intention to build a wall," and "Workers and farmers don’t need a wall."
The mattresses have been exhibited in London and Berlin, and the designers are now offering people the chance to order their very own hand-sewn inflatable Berlin Wall guest bed at a cost of €150.
