Berlin nightclub Berghain is notorious for being incredibly difficult for club-goers get into. Although there is no guest list and no way to make reservations, those who stand in line for hours in the hopes of getting into the legendary techno club may still be refused entry to the club without explanation. Because of this, bouncer Sven Marquardt and his subjective decision-making skills at the door are just as talked-about as the club.
Inspired by the character of Berghain, Ninja Print and designer Joakim Bergkvist joined forces to create a board game; its premise is simple: get into the club. In the game, there are action cards and guest cards that represent the many types of people who wish to move beyond Berghain's doors.
