Bengo studio created an interactive art gallery in the middle of Shanghai on Yuyuan Road. It functions on a basis of passerby interactions as pedestrians are able to look through a horizontal slot chamber made from glass. This concept was submitted using QR code technology found right next to the gallery and intricately selected by the managers at UNITU.
The studio specifically chose to place the interactive communal gallery on one of the country's oldest streets. This is because the neighborhood is in the midst of transforming into commercial and business buildings whilst its current architecture is mainly old villas. There will be a new piece on display every month, encouraging the community to be the main content vehicle behind the local interactive project,
