The Bebop drone is a cutting-edge camera-toting quadcopter produced by French company Parrot. The Bebop drone is a significant improvement over Parrot's last camera drone, the AR. Drone 2.0.
The Bebop drone comes with an excellent 14-megapixel 1080p camera with a 180-degree field of view and shielded from the quadcopter's vibrations by rubber shock absorbers. Triple-axis digital stabilization keeps the camera pointing in the same direction regardless of the drone's orientation. All videos and photos are recorded on an integrated 8GB flash drive.
Bebop users have the option of purchasing the optional Skycontroller, which allows users to watch the drone's video feed and access special functions in addition to the regular physical joysticks and buttons. One amazing advantage of having the Skycontroller is that virtual reality headsets such as the Oculus Rift can be plugged into it, allowing drone pilots to feel like they're actually in the quadcopter.
